To become a certified provider of
Village Green Management Company,
you must:
- Log In (if you have visited before) or Register as a New
Vendor (if you have NOT visited before)
- Read and ACCEPT the “Provider Agreement”.
- Supply your updated Vendor contact information: Company Name, Tax ID, Remittance
Address, Phone, Fax, Email, Contact, Vendor Type, etc.
- Choose which of the client's properties you will service.
- Fax us a copy of your INSURANCE CERTIFICATE that shows current WORKERS COMPENSATION,
GENERAL LIABILITY, and AUTO coverages, including Additionally
Insureds Endorsement where necessary.
- Pay your $49.95 annual
certification fee online, via credit card, or pay by company check via mail.
